Job Description
The Community Health Data Collector will gather accurate health and demographic information from households and community settings to support evidence-based interventions. Duties include conducting interviews and surveys, entering data electronically, safeguarding confidentiality, and referring individuals to local services when appropriate. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, basic data-entry proficiency, and flexibility to work varied field hours. A high school diploma and knowledge of the local community are preferred; training will be provided. Reliable transportation and the ability to use a smartphone or tablet are advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to data quality.
