Job Description
The Hive is looking for a dedicated Community Officer to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and efficiently handling check-ins. Your responsibilities include arranging facility tours, managing walk-ins, and ensuring that prospective clients receive comprehensive information about our offerings.
Additionally, you will support the onboarding process for new clients, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and prepare engaging presentations for guests. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a concierge, exceptional communication skills, and a strong customer-focused attitude. Multilingual proficiency and a degree in hotel management are preferred qualifications.
