Job Description
Jacked Nutrition is looking for a skilled and compassionate Complaint Handler to join our Customer Support and Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess 3–4 years of experience in customer service with a proven track record of managing escalations, conducting thorough investigations, and delivering timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential for this role.
