Job Description

Recruitment Empire is seeking a dedicated Complaints Administrator to manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of service. Responsibilities include acknowledging complaints, managing processes, documenting investigations, and communicating outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. A team player open to training and collaboration is essential.

This position is based in the office with shift hours from 10 am to 7 pm at DHA Sector F Rwp. We offer a competitive salary and benefits including paid leaves.
