Job Description
Zeki Expert Solutions is looking for a Compliance and KPI Specialist to ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards. This role involves developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and preparing reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies.
- Conduct audits for compliance.
- Design metrics for HR initiatives.
- Prepare compliance status reports.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to set objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of compliance or auditing experience.
- Proficient in data analysis and KPIs.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs130,00.00 per month
