Job Description
The Construction Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in our construction and development projects at ConnectX, focusing on sourcing and securing quality consultants, contractors, and suppliers for airspace development projects in the UK.
Key responsibilities include vendor sourcing, developing procurement strategies, negotiating contract terms, and managing vendor relationships. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, specifically within the construction or real estate development industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of UK construction regulations.
