Job Description
Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Officer. This pivotal role focuses on planning, coordinating, and implementing CPD initiatives designed to ensure that employees meet professional standards and gain access to essential development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive training records, preparing CPD materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have 1–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organizational skills are mandatory. Certifications in CPD or HR will be considered an advantage.
