Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly proficient Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial creation to final completion, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms with vendors and clients, and conducting thorough risk assessments. The Contract Specialist will also work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth contract execution.
The successful applicant should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and substantial experience in contract management. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
