Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Centre / Control Room Operator to join our team at Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd. The Control Room Operator will be responsible for attending to incoming calls and addressing staff and client inquiries over the phone (no selling or buying involved). This role involves support for our UK and Dubai offices, monitoring and managing email communication, and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records on computers. Additionally, the operator will assist with staff and officer rosters, along with related support services.
