Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Centre / Control Room Operator to join our team at Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to calls and addressing staff and client inquiries over the phone, providing support for our UK and Dubai offices.
Your role will include monitoring and managing email communications, maintaining complete and accurate records on computers, and assisting with staff and officer rosters along with other related support services.
