Job Description
ISMMART is seeking a dynamic Country Head to oversee our operations in Pakistan from our Islamabad headquarters. The successful candidate will manage diverse business activities, drive growth, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a motivated team. Key responsibilities include overseeing investment, real estate, ecommerce, hospitality, and retail sectors, while maintaining compliance with local laws.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree and 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with a strong record in investment or retail sectors. Exceptional leadership and financial management skills are essential.
