Job Description
We are seeking a Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist to manage provider credentialing, payer enrollments, and revalidations. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying credentials, completing enrollment applications and timely follow-ups with insurance carriers, maintaining accurate credentialing files and CAQH profiles, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. The ideal candidate has one to three years of healthcare credentialing or enrollment experience, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and familiarity with payer portals and credentialing databases. Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
