Job Description
Cargo Linkers is on the lookout for a meticulous Credit Controller to oversee our accounts receivable and streamline our collection processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring client invoices, conducting payment follow-ups through customer calls, and implementing effective strategies for managing overdue accounts. You will also be tasked with resolving billing disputes and maintaining accurate records, while preparing comprehensive reports on collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and follow up on outstanding client invoices.
- Communicate with customers via phone for payment inquiries.
- Develop strategies to recover overdue accounts.
- Handle billing disputes in a professional manner.
- Keep precise records and generate collection reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in credit control or finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
