Job Description

The iTecknologi Group of Companies is excited to announce an opening for a motivated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering assistance through phone and email communications. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining up-to-date customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and strong communication skills. We provide a competitive salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
