Job Description
Orient Biz Tech is seeking experienced call center agents with exceptional communication skills for a night shift position from 7 PM to 4 AM, including a one-hour break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers about new products and services.
- Deliver prepared scripts and address customer questions and concerns.
- Document telephonic conversations, maintaining confidentiality.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Update customer information in the company database.
Language Requirement: English (Required)
Compensation: Rs35,00 – Rs100,00 per month
