Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a respected telecom company, is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls.
- Provide online service support.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Follow up on faults with the Operations team.
- Create/close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Execute special tasks during shifts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate; Freshers or 1 year of experience in UK-based call centers.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month + up to Rs15,00 incentive.
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
