Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide online support.
- Verify billing addresses and follow up on fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets while maintaining fault records.
- Execute special tasks assigned during your shift.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate; experience in a UK-based call center preferred.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 + up to Rs15,00 in incentives.
Location: Lahore; Monthly rotational shifts for males; morning shift only for females.
