Job Description

NEWGENS SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated QA Manager to oversee the quality of calls made by our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background to address technical issues and ensure team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA processes for call evaluations.
• Monitor customer interactions for compliance.
• Coach agents based on evaluations.
• Analyze call data for improvements.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues.
