Job Description
Blink Estudio is seeking a dedicated Customer and Chat Support Representative to enhance our customer service experience. In this pivotal role, you will address customer inquiries through various channels including social media, email, text, and phone calls. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire order process, monitoring inventory levels, and efficiently handling returns.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience, exceptional English communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of cosmetics. Familiarity with website management and logistics is a must.
Work hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Compensation ranges from Rs 35,00.00 to Rs 40,00.00 per month.
