Job Description
Axxon BPO is located at the 1st Floor, Building #191, Kashmir Rd, near UBL Bank and Jazz Office, Saddar, Rawalpindi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of PKR 40,00 – 80,00 per month.
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will assist customers, provide product information, and resolve issues effectively. We welcome fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining positive interactions, and updating customer records. A basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
