Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a respected telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer queries.
- Process customer orders and conduct payment verification.
- Maintain customer accounts with up-to-date information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 (includes performance-based incentives)
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification required.
