Job Description

ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound call systems
• Addressing customer queries
• Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Intermediate
• Communication skills: Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer relations, preferably in UK-based companies

Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, including incentives up to Rs15,00

Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night), with remote work available after probation.
