Job Description
A reputable telecom company is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join their team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to inbound customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for any faults exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults by region.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center. Must be fluent in English.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 per month, plus incentives up to Rs10,00.
Shift: Monthly rotational shifts for males and morning shift only for females.
