Job Description
A reputable Telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Executive (Premium) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound customer service calls and provide exceptional online support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with the Operations team for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Keep records of faults for respective regions.
- Perform special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; one year of call center experience preferred.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00, with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Rawalpindi; rotational shifts available for males, morning shift for females.
