Job Description
Conatural is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries. Your responsibilities include responding to customer queries on social media, providing product information, assisting with orders, and processing returns.
