Position: Customer Care Executive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18-35 years
Language Requirement: Fluent in English
Job Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, verify billing addresses, conduct dial-out activities, follow up on service requests, enhance product sales, maintain fault records, and execute additional tasks.
Salary: Rs45,00 + up to Rs15,00 incentives
