Job Description
Closet Stores Pvt. Ltd. (Rental Boutique) is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries and resolve issues via phone calls.
- Engage with potential customers and assist with order bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product features for effective assistance.
- Ensure prompt handling of inquiries to achieve high satisfaction levels.
Salary Package: Pkr 25k to 30k per month
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM
