Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Communication Executive to manage and enhance our customer interactions at The First Law. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, address customer concerns, and ensure seamless communication across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for customer queries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Maintain clear and engaging communication with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or communication roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
