Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Officer to manage and enhance our online presence. The successful candidate will engage with our audience across multiple platforms, cultivate strong relationships, and represent the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities: You will handle client inquiries, provide accurate information, maintain high standards of customer service, and build community trust on social media. Additionally, you will develop automated workflows for YouTube content.
Requirements: Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of service processes, and proven experience in customer engagement or social media management.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan | Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
