As a Customer Experience Officer, you will manage client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring exceptional service. Your responsibilities include analyzing client needs, promoting products, and cultivating strong relationships with clients while collaborating with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Native Urdu speaker with fluency in English
- 2 years of customer support experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs90,00 per month
