Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our dynamic team at HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner. If you have 1-2 years of experience in the telecom industry and are passionate about providing top-notch service, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for high-quality installations, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer locations. A bike is essential for this role as you’ll be traveling to various premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure telecom connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair network issues.
- Maintain and upgrade telecom infrastructure.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
- Salary: 32,00 PKR + Commission
