Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a committed Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support to ensure our office operates smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and performing clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, and document copying.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication.
- Prepare and organize official documents using MS Word.
- Assist in planning and executing office activities and events.
- Maintain professional and efficient communication.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills are required.
