Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing invites qualified candidates to in-person walk-in interviews for Customer Relations Officer positions in Islamabad (Plot No. 348–352, Street No. 5, Near Wilson, I-9/3). Walk-ins: September 9–10, 2025, 12:00 PM–3:00 PM. Roles involve inbound calls for local and international projects.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong spoken English or Urdu, familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; BPO/customer relations experience preferred.
• Benefits: Competitive salary Rs37,00–Rs40,00/month, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
