Job Description
Resco Pvt Ltd seeks a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure timely resolution of complaints, and enforce SLA commitments. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs75,00–Rs85,00 per month.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with support teams for deployments and issue remediation.
- Track complaints through to closure and monitor SLA compliance.
- Prepare basic service reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field and 3–4 years’ experience in CRM or customer service (IT/system integration preferred). Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.
