Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. You will oversee customer interactions handled by your team, resolve complaints swiftly, and keep customers informed about our latest products to boost sales. Expanding our customer base through upselling and cross-selling will be essential.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience (retail background preferred), excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and superior product knowledge. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
