Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer. Your role will include building and maintaining profitable customer relationships, overseeing interactions, and efficiently resolving complaints. You will update customers on the latest products and focus on upselling and cross-selling.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of retail experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
