Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will foster strong relationships with our clients through both phone calls and in-person meetings, while consistently demonstrating a positive and professional demeanor.
Your key responsibilities will include providing timely shipment updates, addressing service inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Marketing, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the logistics sector. This position is based at Beaumont Plaza, Karachi, and is open exclusively to female candidates. This is a full-time opportunity.
