Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Representative to manage customer service inquiries from our international clients via phone and email. The ideal candidate will identify customers’ needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inquiries via phone and email
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- International support experience is a plus
- Flexible with shifts (females preferred for mornings)
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
