Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Managing customer complaints with professionalism
- Assisting with customer service sales
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Fluency in English is essential
Salary: Rs37,00 including incentives up to 15k, along with free medical insurance.
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males (morning, evening, night) and morning shifts for females. Work from home option available post-probation.
