Job Description
Mars BPO is actively seeking a meticulous Customer Sales Representative focused on data validation and verification. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to ensure the accuracy of information provided by applicants, customers, and internal teams, thereby maintaining the integrity of our records.
Key responsibilities include verifying the accuracy of data within our databases, confirming the validity of information through document review, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various teams to gather missing information. You will also ensure compliance with our data management policies and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing our processes.
This position is available in both full-time and part-time formats, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs55,00.00.
