Job Description
As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR), you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues. Responsibilities include handling calls, providing accurate information about our products and services, maintaining customer records in our CRM system, and generating sales.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking capability, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
