Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is actively looking for a dedicated female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Work closely with team members to improve service quality and delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
