Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English language skills, and a willingness to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales and engaging with customers via phone
- Gathering customer information and ensuring satisfaction
- Updating the customer database with relevant details
- Learning about our products and services
- Meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English skills, and the ability to work nights.

Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
