Job Description
Softland Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for our USA-based project. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the USA/UK packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Follow up periodically to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with design and shipping teams.
Salary: $70,00 – $90,00 plus attractive commissions.
Job hours: 8 PM to 5 AM, weekends off.
