Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, claims processing, and providing general support related to home warranty coverage.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Six months of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Attractive salary package: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month with bonus opportunities.
