Job Description
Join Smart Brains Technologies as a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our ACA and MVA team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, claims processing, and general support related to ACA coverage. We’re looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications:
- Good/Excellent Communication Skills
- Preferred six months of experience; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work Night Shifts
Salary: Rs30,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
