Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, delivering exceptional support through live chat, phone, and email communications.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective case resolutions.
