Job Description

Cyber System Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional online support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle inbound audio and video calls.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Conduct eligibility verifications and follow-up communications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver timely support services to customers.

Qualifications: Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Salary: PKR 60,00 to 75,00 per month, plus benefits.
