Job Description
About the Role:
Hycus Solutions is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our domestic clients. This role entails providing exceptional service primarily through phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries during office hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Urdu and exceptional English writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior call center experience is a plus.
Pay: Rs. 22,00.00 per month plus commission.
