Job Description
Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage complaints and inquiries from walk-in clients. You will ensure timely acknowledgment of complaints and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
Your responsibilities include conducting complaint analysis, preparing daily reports on customer feedback, and coordinating with clients for after-sales services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
