Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, coordinate with airlines for flight bookings, and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities include providing shipment status updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing is required. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
This is a full-time position with a market-competitive salary. Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Faisalabad.
